your Confluence site URL (for example yoursite.atlassian.net);
the space key and, if it helps, the page ID;
what you expected and what happened;
the job ID from the Activity tab, if it is about a bulk job or undo.

Please do not send page content or personal data we do not need. We cannot see your site or the app's data, so the details above are what lets us help.
